When fat is removed from foods and additional chemical sweeteners are added, it can trigger our cravings (and binges). We want more and more food because we arenβt satisfied. Healthy fat is not bad, in fact, it satisfies us.
Luckily, in the last 20 years in the nutrition and wellness industry, there has been a movement away from low fat and an increased focus on whole fat and less processed foods.
So instead of tracking the calorie count and fat grams on the nutrition label of every box, why not look at the ingredient list and make sure you are eating ingredients that you can pronounce.
